24 O P T I O N F I L L I N G P U M P ( J M B - S - W ( + ) )
The filling pump (max.13 l/min.) is used for pumping the water from the external
tank to the JMB-S water tank. There is a float protection in the water tank thus to
prevent that the filling pump continues to pump water (overflow protection) from
the external tank to the JMB-S water tank. The filling pump can run dry without
any damage. It will, however, reduce unnecessary battery power. The filling
pump can be switched on/off through the display.
See also added manual of the filling pump. The filling pump can work approx.
15 minutes after the engine has been stopped. Use the pump only with clear
water! The overflow protection of the water tank ensures that the pump will stop
automatically when the tank is filled with water.

Through the adjustment valve one can regulate the bypass pressure so that the
pressure control valve is functioning properly (eg when working at high altitude).
This valve is factory set.
26 S A F E T Y T H E R M O S TAT C H I M N E Y
If the temperature on the temperature probe exceeds the setpoint value.
The chimney thermostat will now arrange that the fuel valve and the burner
motor will be interrupted directly. The chimney thermostat can only be reset by
means of pushing the green reset button on the thermostat (first unscrew the
black protection) in the burner electric box.
27 T R AC K & T R AC E ( O P T I O N )
The trailer can be equipped with a tracker. The necessary information/data can
be achieved via a login on the tracker website.
Also use/reed the delivered manual of the tracker (1.780.510).
Attention: when you want to use the track & trace, first reconnect
the tracker to the battery of the trailer. This can happen by
inserting the delivered fuse of 1A in the fuse holder "F14" (in
the burner electric box) whereby the tracker will charge.
When the tracker has power supply, the tracker will attempt to connect to GPS
satellites, which will update the date and time and the device will receive the
correct settings again after which it will send all the logged data to the platform.
The SIM card must have a connection with a mobile phone network to send all
relevant data.
28 P R O F E S S I O N A L S W I TC H M O D E B AT T E RY C H A R G E R ( O P T I O N )
The trailer with track & trace will be standard equipped with a charging cable
(1.701.075) to connect any professional switch mode battery charger (1.701.210)
on the battery.
Warning: the battery may not be charged constantly!
The trailer (machine) may not be switched on at any
circumstances during the charging procedure!
For info: If the battery clamps are incorrectly connected, the reverse polarity
protection will ensure that the battery and charger are not damaged.
Estimated time for charging (for an empty battery): +- 20h. The charger is
designed for charging only for batteries according to the technical specification.
