General Safety Precautions

1. Operator's due diligence
Airless spray technology requires input of fluids under extremely high pressure. Fluids under this high pressure
can penetrate the skin and human tissue, thereby injecting significant quantities of toxic fluids into the body. If
these injuries are not treated quickly and appropriately, they can cause gangrene and dying off of the affected
tissue, which could in certain circumstances result in serious long-term damage or amputation of the body part affected.
Handling airless spray devices therefore requires utmost caution. Therefore, note particularly leaky points in the pump-
hose-gun system at which fluid or spray mist exits under high pressure.
IN THE EVENT OF MATERIALS INJECTING THE BODY, SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL HELP!
NEVER TREAT AS A SIMPLE CUT.
Note for doctor: skin injection through airless devices constitutes a serious traumatic injury. It is absolutely imperative
to have this injury immediately treated by surgery. Do not delay for the sake of toxicity examination! With a few coating
materials that have entered the bloodstream toxicity is a given. You can find advice on this on the package of the coating
material and on the safety data sheet belonging to it.
Consultation from a plastic surgeon or from a specialist for restorative surgery is urgently recommended.
