Maintenance of paint level for Duomax 9000
REMOVAL OF PAINT LEVEL
1. Follow the "PRESSURE RELIEF PROCEDURE".
2. Flush the material you are spraying out of the
machine.
3. Remove the Front Cover.

Unscrew paint hose from device.
5. Figure 2
Push retaining ring 27 up; push out pin 28.
6. Figure 3
Loosen the lock nut 29. Unscrew pump.
DISMANTLING THE PAINT LEVEL
1. Figure 4
Remove packing nut 3.
2. Figure 5
Unscrew the inlet valve from the cylinder.
3. Figure 6
Disassemble inlet valve. Clean and inspect O-ring 23.
You may need to use a pick to remove the O-ring.

Use a hammer to tap piston rod 8 out of cylinder 15,
or flip pump over and tap piston rod 8 out pressing
against work bench.

Remove piston rod from sleeve.
