6. Preparing the roller tubes

1. Prepare the straps and fabric
roller tubes.
• FTS 50: Ø ≥ 47 mm (1.85 in)
e. = 4 mm (0.16 in)
L = 25 mm (0.98 in)
• FTS 60: Ø ≥ 60 mm (2.36 in)
e. = 8 mm (0.32 in)
L = 35 mm (1.38 in)
2. Assemble the roller tube for the
straps.
Fasten the actuator wheel and
the two end bracket wheels with
4 steel pop rivets Ø 4 mm at 90°
for each wheel.
3. Assemble the roller tube for the
fabric.

for each wheel.
4. Fit the roller tubes on the
structure, making sure they are
aligned in parallel.

5. Fit the stop ring over each
acuator head and close it with
the provided screw.

7. Preparing the guidance system

1. Prepare the load bar guidance system.
The guidance system must be installed to
ensure that the load bar is maintened in the
event of a system failure.
