VERIFICHE
PERIODICHE DELLA
CENTRALINA
Per evitare guasti e il cattivo
funzionamento della centralina
e dei suoi accessori, effettuare
periodicamente i controlli
come dalla seguente tabella:
11.1.1
TENUTA DELLE GUARNIZIONI
DELLE VALVOLE
ALLA MESSA IN OPERA E OGNI
ANNO
Al termine dell'installazione e
in occasione delle visite
periodiche controllare la
tenuta delle guarnizioni nel
seguente modo:
Con olio alla temperatura
ambiente chiudere la
saracinesca B ed aprire il
rubinetto di esclusione del
manometro 6. Verificare che
la pressione indicata sul
manometro MAN non scenda
più di 4 bar in 5 minuti.
11.1.2
CONTROLLO DEL LIVELLO
DELL'OLIO
ALLA MESSA IN OPERA E OGNI
MESE
Con la cabina al piano più alto
verificare tramite l'astina F o
l'indicatore L che il livello
dell'olio sia sopra il minimo (il
motore deve sempre essere
coperto dall'olio).

CARATTERISTICHE DELL'OLIO
ALLA MESSA IN OPERA E OGNI
ANNO
Controllare visivamente che
l'aspetto dell'olio non sia
mutato. Questa operazione
va fatta dopo avere lasciato
l'impianto fermo per alcune
ore. Una volta all'anno è
opportuno scaricare un poco
di olio dal tappo J sul fondo
del serbatoio verificandone la
pulizia. Continuare a scaricare
fino a che l'olio non è pulito.

EFFICIENZA DELLE PROTEZIONI

Scollegare uno dei capi della
serie di termistori e controllare
che il dispositivo salvamotore
intervenga.

Controllare il filtro principale
FIL montato nel silenziatore
ed eventualmente pulirlo.

REGULAR CHECK UPS
OF THE POWER UNIT
(PREVENTIVE
MAINTENACE)
To prevent break down and
malfunction of the power nit
and its accessories perform
regular check ups according
to the following table:
11.1.1
VALVE GASKETS (SEALS)
AT START UP AND ANNUALLY:
At the end of installation, and on
regular check ups, check the
GASKETS (SEALS) in the
following manner:
With the oil at room temperature
close the ball valve "B" and open
the pressure gauge shut off"6".
The pressure gauge reading
should not drop more than 4bar in
5 minutes

OIL LIVEL CHECK UP
AT START UP AND MONTHLY
With the elevator at the highest
floor, check the oil level, using
level indicator or dipstick.
The oil should be above the
minimum level and the motor
should by fully covered in oil.
11.1.3
CHARACTERSTICS OF THE OIL
AT START UP AND ANNUALLY
Check visually any change in the
conditions and left down for a few
hours. Once in a year it is
appropriate to discharge a small
amount of oil to check if it is clean.
Keep on discharging the oil until
you see clean oil.
11.1.4
MOTOR PROTECTION FUNCTIONALITY
AT START UP AND ANNUALLY
Disconnect one terminal of the
thermal cut out, and check the
functionality of motor protection.
11.1.5
FILTERS
AT START UP AND ANNUALLY
Check the main filter (FIL) and
clean it as necessary.
