6.3- 50-Hour Maintenance
Every 50 hours of operation (more frequently in dusty or dirty conditions):
1. Remove and clean the cylinder cover and clean the dirt and debris from the cylinder cooling fins.
2. Lubricate the gearcase. To perform this operation, first remove the gearcase from the outer tube
(See Fig.HT14)

a. Loosen the gear case clamp bolt.
b. Remove the index bolt from the gearcase.
c. Side the gearcase out of the tube. Using a grease gun,
pump lithium-base grease (about 10 grams) into the
grease fitting on the gearcase until you see old grease
being purged from the gearcase (Fig.HT15). Purged
grease will be visible in the outer tube cavity. Clean up
the excess grease and then reassemble the gear case onto
the outer tube.
Make sure the index bolt fits into the hole on the outer
tube. Securely tighten both bolts.
VII. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE for the WHOLE MULTIFUNCTION TOOL
Before any intervention on product, ensure that motor is off.
7.1- General Product Maintenance
Clean plastic parts with a soft clean cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleansers (solvents or abrasive cleansers), or an abrasive sponge or sharp
objects.
Do not put or immerse product in water or any other liquid.
7.2- Long Term Storage
Product must be stored in a dry location. Always lock up product and keep out of reach of children
