5.2. Electrical operation

5.2.1. power supply
ATyS 3e, 6s and 6e integrate 2 power inputs (101-102,
201-202), and consider the available source to keep the product
operational.
5.2.2. Control logic
ATyS 3e and 6e products are electrically driven by external volt free contacts between terminals 314 and 317. This command can
be inhibited:
• On ATyS 3e: terminals 313-317 closed
• On ATyS 6e: terminals 313-317 opened.
Two types of control logic are possible: impulse or contactor. The choice of the control logic is made via programming (refer to
programming chapter ATyS 3e and 6e).
Impulse logic (standard configuration)
• The switching command is a pulsed dry contact las ting at
least 30 ms.
• When the order disappears, the product remains in position
• The impulse can be of infinite duration without causing any
disturbance.
Contactor logic
• The transfer command is a maintained dry contact
• If command I or II disappears, the device returns to zero posi-
tion
• A 0 command drives the device into zero position, irres pective
of the status of the I and II commands (
