123. On the inside of the fi rewall, use the screws from the spacers
and the fi berglass washers to secure the standoffs in position.
 The fiberglass washers are intended to stop the lock nuts
from compressing the wood, resulting in the power system
being insecurely attached. We advise routinely checking
motor/engine mounting security as prolonged use and
vibration can cause these attachments to loosen over time.
124. Attach the Z-bend from the throttle and choke (optional) to
their appropriate arms on the carburetor.
125. Mount the engine to the standoffs. Guide the pushrods from
the carburetor through the holes in the fi rewall.
 When using the included standoffs, slide an M5 lock washer,
then an M5 washer on the M5 x 90 socket head screw.
Prepare all four screws.
Attach the motor to the fi rewall. Once
the screws are in place, slide a fi berglass washer on the
screw. Thread the M5 lock nut on each screw. Use a 4mm
hex wrench and 8mm nut driver to tighten the hardware.
126. Slide the pushrod tubes over the pushrods from the inside of
the nacelles. The tubes will protrude from the fi rewall, but not
interfere with the operation of the arms on the carburetor.
127. Mark the tubes, then remove them. Use side cutters to trim
the tubes ahead of the forward edge of the servo tray. Slide
the tubes back into position and use medium CA to glue the
tubes in the holes in the fi rewall. Use care not to get CA inside
the tube.

128. Slide the pushrod support on the throttle pushrod. Use
medium CA to glue the support in the fuselage and to the
throttle tube.
129. Mount the throttle servo in the nacelle with the output facing
the rear of the fuselage.
130. Mount the throttle servo connector in the throttle servo arm
so it is 7/16-inch (11mm) from the center of the servo arm.
Place a drop of canopy glue on the M2 nut, then install it on
the underside of the arm to secure the connector.
131. Center the servo using the radio system and install the servo
arm on the servo perpendicular to the servo center line.
Make sure to slide the connector on the pushrod wire. Use
side cutters to remove any arms that may interfere with the
operation of the servo. Move the carburetor and servo to the
low-throttle position and tighten the setscrew securing the
pushrod to the connector at the servo. Use side cutters to
trim the excess wire. Check the operation of the carburetor
using the radio system. Make any adjustments necessary to
fully open and close the carburetor using the radio system.
Use side cutters to remove any excess pushrod wire that may
interfere with the operation of the throttle servo.
