132. Mount and connect the choke servo using the same
techniques as the throttle servo. A support for the pushrod
tube must be made near the servo to prevent the pushrod
from fl exing, which may result in the choke not operating
correctly.
133. Mount the ignition module to the fi rewall. Use the instructions
provided with the engine to connect the module to the engine
and ignition battery.
134. Secure the ignition battery and switch inside the nacelle.
Make sure the position of the battery will not interfere with
the installation of the fuel tank in the next section of the
manual.
 The ignition batteries can also be fitted in the
nose of the fuselage if desired. Check the
output voltage at the ignition module, as a long
extension leads can result in a voltage drop.
 Repeat this section of the manual to
install the remaining engine.

FUEL TANK INSTALLATION

135. Cut a piece of fuel tubing that will result in the end of the
clunk being 4
1
/
inches (114mm) from the back of the
2
aluminum plate. Secure the tubing to the clunk and stopper
using thin wire. This will keep the tubing from sliding loose
inside the tank. Make sure to use the clunk supplied with your
engine.
 A second clunk can be installed to provide
a line to fuel/de-fuel your aircraft.
136. Insert the clunk(s) into the tank. Install the larger clunk, then
the small clunk. The vent line will angle toward the top of the
fuel tank. Tighten the screw in the stopper using a #1 Phillips
screwdriver.
 Check that the clunk(s) can move freely inside the tank.
If not, adjust the tubing from outside the tank so they can
move freely to ensure consistent fuel flow to the engine.
137. Mark the lines from the tank so the fuel lines can be identifi ed
from outside the tank. Tighten the screw in the stopper using
a #1 Phillips screwdriver. Secure 10 inch (250mm) pieces of
fuel line to the three lines exiting the tank. Use tie wraps to
prevent the lines from sliding loose.
138. Secure the fuel tank in the fuselage using hook and loop
straps or tie wraps (not included).
