Al termine delle operazioni di verifica del
blocco, procedere come segue.
1)
Assicurarsi che il blocco sia in
posizione di chiusura.
2)
Aprire la valvola AR73 in posizione 8.
3)
Aprire la valvola di intercettazione di
entrata V1.
4)
Aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
blocco, ruotando in senso orario
l'apposita leva.
5)
Aprire il rubinetto di sfiato a valle 6.
6)
Controllare il dispositivo damper del
pilota 3 come illustrato nel paragrafo
1.3.
7)
Parzializzare la valvola AR73 facendo
riferimento ai valori indicativi riportati
in tabella 1.
8)
Aggiustare
la
taratura
alternativamente
sulla
regolazione AR73 e sul pilota 30./.., in
modo tale che il valore della pressione
di taratura sia ottenuto con la minore
apertura possibile della valvola AR73;
bloccare quindi la vite 10 del pilota (fig.
15) con l'apposito dado 9.

Chiudere il rubinetto di sfiato 6 e
verificare che la pressione di valle,
dopo una fase di incremento, si
stabilizzi e a un valore di poco
superiore a quello proprio di chiusura
dell'insieme pilota/regolatore. In caso
contrario rimuovere le cause che
generano la perdita interna.
10) Con un mezzo schiumogeno controllare
la tenuta di tutte le giunzioni poste tra le
valvole di intercettazione V1 e V2.
11) Aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
intercettazione V2, fino ad ottenere il
completo invaso della condotta. Se
all'inizio di questa operazione la
pressione nella condotta è molto più
bassa di quella di taratura sarà
opportuno parzializzare l'apertura di
questa valvola in modo da non
oltrepassare il valore della portata
massima dell'impianto.
12) Se in condizioni di normale esercizio
insorgono fenomeni di pompaggio è
necessario ripetere le operazioni di cui
al punto 8, in modo tale da riaggiustare
la taratura aumentando l'apertura della
valvola AR73, o quella del dispositivo
damper del pilota. Nel caso invece che
all'aumentare della portata si verifichi
una
eccessiva
diminuzione
pressione
regolata,
operazioni di cui sopra con una minore
apertura della valvola AR73.
13) E' consigliabile controllare che, facendo
intervenire manualmente la valvola di
blocco, la portata della linea si arresti.

On completion of the slam-shut tests,
proceed as follows:
1)
Ensure that the slam-shut is in the
closed position.
2)
Open the AR73 valve in position 8.
3)
Open the inlet on-off valve V1 .
4)
Open the slam-shut very slowly,
turning the provided lever clockwise.
5)
Open the downstream bleed cook 6.
6)
Control the damper device of the pilot 3
as illustrated in par. 1.3.
7)
Choke the AR73 valve referring to the
indicative values shown in table 1.
8)
Adjust the setting by alternately
adjusting the AR73 valve and the 30./...
pilot so that the value of the set
pressure is obtained with the minimum
agendo
opening possible of the AR73 valve;

9)
Close the bleed cock 6 and check that
the down-stream pressure, after a
period of increase, stabilizes and at a
value slightly higher than that of
closure
combination. Otherwise eliminate the
causes of the internal leakage.
10) Using a foam substance, check the
tightness of all the joints between the
on-off valves V1 and V2.
11) Very slowly open the downstream on-
off valve V2 to obtain the complete
filling of the pipe. If at the beginning of
this operation the pressure in the pipe
is much lower than the set point, the
opening of this valve should be choked
so as not to go beyond the maximum
flow value for the installation.
12) If pumping phenomena arise in normal
working conditions, it is necessary to
repeat the operations in point 8 so as to
readjust the setting, increasing the
opening of the AR73 valve, or that of
the pilot damper device.
If, on the other hand, there is an
excessive reduction of the regulated
pressure with an increase in flow,
repeat the above operations with a
smaller opening of the AR73 valve.
13) It is recommended to check that the
flow of the line stops when the slam-
shut is tripped manually

Nachdem
die
Überprüfung
Sicherheitsabsperrventils beendet ist, ist
folgendermaßen weiter vorzugehen:
1)
Sicherstellen,
daß
Sicherheitsabsperrventil in Schließstellung
ist.
2)
Die Drossel AR73 auf Position 8 öffnen.
3)
Langsam das Absperrventil V1 in der
Eingangslei-tung öffnen.
4)
Ganz langsam das Sicherheitsabsperrventil
durch Drücken am entsprechenden Hebel
wieder in Betriebsstellung bringen und Hebel
gedrückt halten bis der Ausgangsdruck
Regeldruckniveau erreicht hat.
5)
Den
Entlüftungshahn
Ausgangsleitung öffnen.
6)
Die Atmungsdrossel (Dämpfung) des
Pilotreglers 3 wie in Abschnitt 3.1
beschrieben überprüfen.
7)
Die Abströmdrossel AR73 entsprechend
den
in
Tabelle
1
Richtwerten einstellen.
8)
Genau Einstellung des Regeldruckes
durch wechselweise Einstellung an der
Drossel AR73 und am Pilotregler 30./...,
bis der Wert des Einstelldrucks mit dem
geringstmöglichen
Skalenwert
Drossel AR73 erreicht wird; dann die
Einstellschraube 10 des Pilotreglers mit
der Sperrmutter 9 blockieren (Abb. 15).
9)
Den Entlüftungshahn 6 schließen und
überprüfen, ob sich der Ausgangsdruck
nach kurzem Anstieg auf einem Wert
stabilisiert,
der
innerhalb
Schließdruckbereiches liegt. Andernfalls
sind die Ursachen für die innere
Undichtheit zu beheben.
10) Mit einem schaumbildenden Mittel alle
Rohrverbin-dungen zwischen
Absperrorganen V1 und V2 auf Dichtheit
prüfen.
11) Langsam
das
ausgangsseitige
Absperrventil
V2
öffnen,
Regelstrecke ganz unter Druck steht.
Wenn zu Anfang der Druck sehr stark
absinkt, ausgangsseitiges Absperrventil
wieder drosseln, damit ein Druckstoß auf
die nachfolgende Installation vermieden
wird.
12) Wenn unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen
Pumperscheinungen auftreten, Vorgänge
unter Punkt 8 wiederholen und Einstellung
der
Drossel
AR73
Atmungsdrossel
optimieren.

13) Es wird empfohlen, durch Handauslösung
des Sicherheitsabsperrventils festzustellen,
ob der Gasdurchfluß durch die Leitung
wirklich abgesperrt wird.
