VALVOLA DI REGOLAZIONE AR73
La valvola AR73 è un dispositivo di
regolazione del flusso regolabile. La sua
funzione è quella di regolare e differenziare i
tempi di risposta del regolatore allo scopo di
ottimizzarne il funzionamento.
Aperture piccole della valvola comportano
per il regolatore una maggiore precisione di
regolazione, ma per contro una maggiore
sensibilità all'innescarsi di fenomeni di
instabilità
(pompaggi);
viceversa
aperture maggiori.
La variazione di apertura si ottiene ruotando
il perno 4 dotato di un'indice di riferimento,
e può essere letta sulla targhetta graduata
posta sulla parte anteriore della valvola (fig.
3).
Le posizioni 0 e 8 sulla targhetta indicano
rispettivamente la minima e la massima
apertura della valvola. Per passare da una
posizione all'altra di apertura, si può ruotare
il perno indifferentemente in senso orario o
antiorario; le due scale graduate poste sulla
targhetta
sono
infatti
equivalenti.

AR73 REGULATING VALVE
The AR73 regulatoring valve is an adjustable
flow regulating device. Its function is to
adjust and differentiate the regulator's
response times so as to optimize its
operation.
Small openings of the valve results in a
greater regulating precision of the regulator,
but also in a greater sensitivity to instability
phenomena (pumping); the opposite is true
in the case of larger openings.

The opening is varied by turning the pin 4
with the reference mark which can be read
on the graduated plate on the front of the
valve (fig. 3).
The positions 0 and 8 on the scale indicate
the minimum and maximum valve openings
respectively. To pass from one valve
opening position to another, the pin can be
turned
clockwise
indifferently; the two graduated scales on
the plate are in fact perfectly equivalent.
Table 1 shows the normal works regulation
values for the AR73 valve, referred to some
perfettamente
working conditions.

ABSTRÖMDROSSEL AR73
Die einstellbare Durchflussdrossel AR73
dient zur Einstellung der Reaktionszeit des
Reglers
sowie
zur
Optimierung
Regelung.
Bei geringer Öffnung der Drossel wird die
höchste Regelgenauigkeit, jedoch gleichzei-
tig auch die größte Schwingungsneigung
(Pumpen) erreicht; größere Öffnung bewirkt
das Gegenteil.
Die Einstellung erfolgt durch Drehen des mit
einer
Einstellmarkierung
Einstellelements 4, wobei der Öffnungswert
an der Skala an der Vorderseite der Drossel
abgelesen werden kann (Abb. 3).
Die Position 0 an der Skala bezeichnet die
geringste, die Position 8 die maximale Öff-
nung der Drossel. Um von einer Öffnungs-
stellung zur anderen zu gelangen, kann das
Einstellelement in beiden Drehrichtungen
verstellt werden; die beiden Skalen an der
Anzeige sind genau gleich.
In der Tabelle 1 sind die normalen, werks-
seitig empfohlenen Einstellungen der
Drossel

Betriebsbedingungen aufgeführt.
