Ces contrôles sont très importants afin
d'utiliser la machine en conditions de sécurité
et doivent être effectués quotidiennement
avant de commencer la production:

Vérifier le fonctionnement mécanique de
toutes les portes de la moule et des
protections des tapis.
11.7.2
Vérifier les conditions du plateau de collecte
du produit et de son siège.
11.7.3
Vérifier les conditions des protections fixes
de la machine.
11.7.4
Vérifier les conditions et la lisibilité des
étiquettes de signalisation placées sur la
machine selon le diagramme indiqué dans la
section 2.4 « ETIQUETTES DE
SIGNALISATION »

These checks are very important in order to
use the machine in safety conditions and
must be carried on daily before starting the
production as follows:
11.7.1
Check the mechanic working of all the die
doors and of the belt protections.
11.7.2
Check the soundness of the product collect-
ing tray and of its seat.
11.7.3
Check the soundness of the fixed protections
of the machine.
11.7.4
Check the soundness and the readability of
the warning labels placed on the machine as
per diagram of section 2.4 WARNING
LABELS.
