DÉCHARGEMENT DU
6.3
PRODUIT COUPE
Le produit coupé doit être déchargé à temps.
Pour décharger le produit il faut :
ATTENTION :
S'assurer que toutes les portes et
les protections sont correctement
fermées. Autrement, il faut les fermer.
SIMPLEX MATIC 250/1
Sur la SIMPLEX MATIC 250/1, le produit
coupé doit être déchargé toutes les deux ou
trois coupes, selon les dimensions du
produit coupé, pour éviter des obstacles au
produit successif.
Pour décharger le produit il faut :

Appuyer sur le poussoir ARRET (8) pour
arrêter les lames.
ATTENTION
DANGER DE COUPE ET/OU DE
CISAILLEMENT.
Le secteur au-dessous de la moule est
ouvert pour permettre le déchargement du
produit coupé, donc, en enlevant le
plateau de collecte, il y a le danger de
coupe : utiliser des gants anti-coupe et
éviter le contact avec les parties du corps.

Extraire le plateau et enlever le produit coupé.

The cut product must be unloaded at the right
time as follows:
ATTENTION
Make sure that all the protection
guards and doors are correctly
closed; otherwise, provide before pro-
ceeding.
SIMPLEX MATIC 250/1
On the SIMPLEX MATIC 250/1, the product
must be unloaded every two or three cuts,
according to the product dimensions so as to
avoid any obstacle to the next cuts.
Follow the instructions:

Press the button STOP (8) to stop the
blades.
ATTENTION
DANGER OF CUT AND/OR
SHEARING.
The part below the die is open to allow the
product unloading, therefore, when re-
moving the collecting tray, there is the
danger of cut: wear anti-cut gloves and
avoid the contact with parts of the body.

Extract the tray and remove the cut product.
