Il est nécessaire d'effectuer la mise hors
service de la trancheuse multilames SIMPLEX
MATIC quand on doit laisser la machine
inactive pendant une longue période. Veuillez
exécuter les opérations suivantes:

Effectuer le nettoyage de la machine selon les
indications données dans le chapitre PARTIE 8.

Quand la machine est arrêtée et éteinte,
débrancher le sectionneur de réseau et
déconnecter le câble d'alimentation
(ENERGIE 0).

Vider et laver le réservoir du détersif en
suivant les indications de la section 11.5
« NETTOYAGE RESERVOIR ET FILTRE
DETERSIF ».

Enlever le tube de connexion de l'eau au
réseau.
13.1.5
Placer une étiquette de signalisation
"MACHINE HORS SERVICE".
13.1.6
Pour soulever et transporter la machine il faut :
a – positionner la protection sur la moule
b – décrocher le tapis
c – une fois le positionnement terminé,
bloquer à nouveau les freins des roues

The deactivation of the SIMPLEX MATIC is
an operation to be performed when a
machine remains off for long periods; in
this case operate as follows:
13.1.1
Carry on an accurate cleaning and
disinfection as per Chapter PART 8.
13.1.2
Stop the machine and power off the line
supply switch, disconnect the power supply
cable (ZERO "0" ENERGY state).
13.1.3
Empty and wash the detergent tank as per
section 11.5 CLEANING THE DETERGENT
TANK AND FILTER.
13.1.4
Remove the pipe connecting the water to the
water network.
13.1.5
Put a warning label indicating "MACHINE
OUT OF ORDER".
13.1.6
To lift and transport the machine, it is
necessary to:
a-Place the protection on the die
b-Release the belt/s
c-Lock the wheels brakes after the
positioning.
