PRELIMINARE

11.6.1
Ce contrôle doit être effectué après 600
heures de travail ou quand il est nécessaire,
en cas de glissements. Il faut:
11.6.1
Arrêter la machine et débrancher la ligne
(ÉNERGIE "0") comme indiqué dans la section
7.3 ARRET DE FIN DE PRODUCTION » de
la PARTIE 7 «ARRETS».
11.6.2
Vérifier la tension de la bande du tapis et s'assurer
que la même bande adhère au rouleau motorisé.
11.6.3
S'il est nécessaire de tendre la bande,
effectuer les opérations suivantes:
11.6.3a
Enlever tous les outils du tapis de
chargement.
ATTENTION
DANGER DE RUPTURE DES
LAMES ET PROJECTION DES
FRAGMENTS DANS LE PRODUIT
COUPE. Il est interdit d'utiliser la
trancheuse multilames pour couper la
viande et le poisson avec les os ou le
cartilage et/ou avec une température
inférieure à -2°C. Ne laissez pas ou
n'introduisez pas, même accidentellement,
de couteaux ou de corps étrangers sur la
bande du tapis de chargement.

Effectuer l'opération décrite dans la section
6.1 « ALLUMAGE DE LA MACHINE ».

11.6.3b
CHECKING AND
TENSING THE BELT/S
This check must be carried on after 600
hours or when it is necessary, due to slip.
Carry on the following operations:
11.6.1
Stop the machine and disconnect the line
(ENERGY "0") as described in section 7.3
PRODUCTION END STOP of PART 7
"STOPS".
11.6.2
Check the belt tensioning; make sure that the
belt adheres to the motor roller.
11.6.3
If needed, tension the belt as follows:
11.6.3a
Remove any tools from the loading belt.
ATTENTION
DANGER OF BREAK OF
BLADES AND SCATTERING OF
FRAGMENTS INTO THE CUT
PRODUCT. It is forbidden to use the
multi-blade slicer to cut meat and fish
with bones or cartilage and/or with
temperatures lower than -2°C. Do not
leave or place, even accidentally, knives
or foreign matters on the belt.
