- Togliere il tappo ispezione posto sopra l'asta di controllo del livello olio e portare l'albero motore al
punto morto superiore, verificandone l'esatta posizione allineando la linea di riferimento presente sul
volano con la tacca presente sul carter (Fig. 1), e la linea di riferimento presente sulla corona dentata,
dell'albero a camme, con la tacca presente sulla testa (Fig. 2).
- Allentare, ma non togliere la vite M10 (4, Foto 2) che fissa la corona dentata dell'albero a camme (5,
Foto 3).
- Allentare il dado centrale del tendi catena della distribuzione.
- Togliere il gruppo tendi catena svitando le due viti che lo fissano al cilindro.
- Smontare la vite M10 e togliere la corona dentata fissando la catena di distribuzione affinché non cada
all'interno del basamento.

1), and the reference-line on the camshaft crown-gear is aligned with the notch on the head (Fig. 2).
- Release, but do not remove the M10 screw (4, Photo 2) securing the crown-gear to the camshaft (5,
Photo 3).
- Release the central nut of the transmission chain tightener.
- Remove the chain tightener unit unscrewing the two screws securing it to the cylinder.
- Remove the M10 screw and the crown-gear taking care not to allow the transmission chain to fall
inside the base.
- Release the two hexagon head screws (6, Photo 4) locked by the safety sheet (7, Photo 4),
straightening its edges bended on the head screw.
- Enlevez la bonde d'inspection sur la tige de contrôle du niveau de l'huile et portez le vilebrequin au
point mort haut, tout en vérifiant la position correcte en alignant la ligne de repère sur le volant avec
le cran sur le carter (Fig. 1) et celle sur la couronne dentée de l'arbre à cames avec le cran sur la
culasse (Fig. 2).
- Déserrez mais n'enlevez pas la vis M10 (4, Photo 2) qui fixe la couronne dentée de l'arbre à cames (5,
Photo 3).
- Déserrez l'écrou central du tendeur de chaîne de la distribution.
- Enlevez le groupe tendeur de chaîne en dévissant les deux vis qui le fixent au cylindre.
- Démontez la vis M10 et enlevez la couronne dentée en fixant la chaîne de transmission de façon à ce
qu'elle ne tombe pas dans le carter.
