SCRAP
The operator, up until the end of its useful life, must
be dismounted at its location by an installer who is
as well qualified as the person who completed the
assembly, observing the same precautions and
safety measures. In this manner possible accidents
and damage to adjacent facilities will be avoided.
Cause
Main switch SW1 in "OFF"
Power supply voltage absent
Electronic fuse F2 blown
Transformer or panel failed
The key commands signal does not
reach the control panel
Fuse F1 blown
Operator connections
Encoder defective
STOP contact open (emergency
stop pushbutton enabled or cables
disconnected)
Open/close programming incorrect
Limit switch magnets incorrectly
positioned
Motor sensitivity very high, not
suitable for the weight of the gate
Opening safety device (photocell or
strip) enabled
Fuse F3 blown (photocell without
supply)
Closing safety device (photocell o
strip) enabled
Fuse F3 blown (photocell without
supply)
Closing limit switch continuously
enabled or deteriorated
Opening limit switch continuously
enabled or deteriorated
Photocell testing error
Fuse F3 blown (photocells without
supply)
}
The operator must be deposited in the appropriate
containers for subsequent recycling, separating and
classifying of the different materials in line with their
nature. NEVER deposit it in domestic rubbish or in landfills
which are not suitably controlled, as this will cause
environmental contamination.
MAINTENANCE AND DIAGNOSIS OF FAILURES
Solution
Place SW1 in "ON"
Reestablish the power supply
Replace F2 using another fuse of the same
value and investigate the cause of failure of F2
Call the technical service
Check the key command devices and the
connections
Replace F1 using another fuse of the same
value and investigate the cause of failure of F1
Check connections
Call the technical service
Close STOP contact
Carry out the programming correctly
Adjust the limit switch magnets in the gate
Adjust motor sensitivity using the P.M.
potentiometer
Remove any possible obstacles
Replace F3 using another fuse of the same
value and investigate the cause of failure of F3
