INFORMATION
Each machine carries a plate Fig. 1a featuring
data for
its identification and some technical data.
As well as the manufacturer's details, it
indicates:
Mod. - Machine model;
V - Power supply voltage in Volts;
A - Input voltage in Amperes;
kW - Absorbed power in kW;
Hz - Frequency in Hz;
Ph - Number of phases;
bar - Operating pressure in bar;
Serial No. - machine serial number;
ISO 9001 - company Quality System
Certification;
CE - CE marking.
INSTALLATION AND
COMMISSIONING
WARNING
Carry out the unpacking, assembly and
installation operations indicated below
with great care.
Failure to observe these recommendations
may result in damage to the equipment
and injury to operator.
Remove the original packing materials
after positioning them as indicated on the
packaging and keep them intact so that the

machine can be safely shipped at a later
date if necessary.
Choose the place of installation in
compliance with local regulations on
occupational safety. In particular, the
machine must only be installed and
operated in protected environments
where there is no risk of it being exposed
to dripping.
IMPORTANT: for the correct and safe
operation of the equipment, the ambient
lighting level should be at least 300 lux.
The floor must be strong enough to
support a load equal to the weight of the
equipment plus the maximum load allowed.
The support base on the floor and the
envisaged fixing means must also be taken
into account.
Environmental operating conditions must
comply with the following requirements:
- relative humidity: 30% - 80% (no
condensation);
- temperature ranging from 0° to +50°C.

For information concerning the technical
characteristics, warnings and maintenance
instructions consult the related operator's
manuals provided with the documentation
of the machine.
The machine must not be operated in
potentially explosive atmospheres.
The machine is supplied partially
disassembled and is to be assembled
according to the procedures described
below. After unpacking the various parts
of the machine, ensure they are intact and
check for any anomalies, then assemble
