Note: acquisition of the inner position is
confirmed by a long beep followed by a
short beep while the acquisition of the
outer position is confirmed by a long beep
followed by two short beeps.
Use of the Program Types ALU 1P
or ALU 2P without the preliminary
acquisition of balancing planes
It is possible to perform a spin when any
Program Type other than ALU 1P or ALU 2P
is active, and then select the ALU 1P or ALU
2P Program Type. The machine will calculate
the imbalance values again according to the
new Program Type selected.
In this case, however, the imbalance values
displayed are obtained using the balancing
planes (i.e. the two previously acquired
dimension pairs A-1/d-1 and A-2/d-2) or, in
the absence of the latter, by default.

During machine use, personnel may not
be present in the area enclosed by the

WHEEL SPIN
(VERSION WITH
GUARD)
Wheel spin takes place automatically when
the guard is lowered, or can be triggered
by pressing the START key with the guard
lowered.
A special safety device stops rotation if the
guard is raised during the wheel spin; in
this case, the message "StoP" is displayed.
WARNING
Do not operate the machine without the
guard and/or if the safety device has been
tampered with.
WARNING
Never raise the guard before the wheel
has come to a stop.
WARNING
If the wheel keeps spinning permanently
due to a fault on the machine, switch off
the machine using the main switch or
unplug the plug from the power supply
board (emergency stop) and wait until
the wheel stops before raising the guard.
USING WHEEL
HOLDER SHAFT
BLOCK
The wheel holder shaft block is useful to
block the wheel in any position defined by
the user and to simplify some operations
such as the application or removal of
balancing weights.
Locking is also used to automatically stop
the wheel on the imbalance positions
described in chapter AUTOMATIC POSITION
SEARCH (RPA).
