Einstellung der Transportauflage
Die Schraube B mit Hülse und Stoppmutter
vom Ausleger hat 4 Einstellungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Schraube B muss in Transportstellung der Mayor auf der
Transportauflage sicher aufliegen und mit dem Haken verrie-
gelt sein. Nur durch die mechanische und hydraulische Ver-
riegelung ist die Walze im Straßenverkehr gegen ein unbeab-
sichtigtes Ausklappen gesichert.
Das Gewicht der Walzenausleger muss während dem Straßen-
transport auf der Transportauflage aufliegen und darf nicht
über die Klappscharniere getragen werden.

Der Abstand A gibt das Maß vom Auflagepunkt der Trans-
portauflage zur Unterkante der Schraubenhülse B an.
Der Abstand A ist zu messen kurz bevor die Ausleger auf
der Transportauflage hochlaufen und das Gewicht der
Ausleger noch von den Klappscharnieren getragen wird.
Die Einstellung der Schraube B ist so zu wählen, dass der
Abstand A maximal 27 mm (Lochabstand 25 mm + 2 mm)
beträgt.
Ist der Abstand A mehr als 27 mm, muss die Schraube
B eine Einstellmöglichkeit höher (Lochabstand 25 mm)
montiert werden. Der Abstand A muss mindestens 2 mm
betragen.

Adjustment of the transport bracket
The cantilevers' screw B with sleeve and lock
nut has 4 adjustment possibilities.
In transport position of the Mayor the screw B must
securely placed on the transport bracket and locked with the
hook. The roller is only secured against unintentional unfol-
ding during road transportation with the mechanical and hy-
draulic locking system.
During road transportation, the weight of the cantilevers
must rest on the transport bracket, not on the folding hinges.

The distance A indicates the dimension between the
support point of the transport bracket and the lower edge of
the screw B with sleeve. Distance A should be measured short-
ly before the cantilevers are mounted on the transport bra-
cket and their weight is still supported by the folding hinges.
Adjust the screw B so that the distance A is a maximum of 27
mm (hole distance 25 mm + 2 mm).
If the distance A is more than 27 mm, screw B must be
placed in the next higher adjustment possibility (hole
distance 25 mm). Distance A must be at least 2 mm.
