Arbeiten mit der Maschine
Ausklappen der Walzensegmente
•
Heben Sie die Schlepperhydraulik ganz aus.
•
Fahren Sie das Fahrwerk ganz aus und lösen Sie die
mechanische Transportsicherung am Hydraulikzylinder
des Fahrwerks.
•
Ziehen Sie am Zugseil, um die Haken und das Absperrventil
zu öffnen..
•
Klappen Sie die Walze ganz aus.
•
Senken Sie die Walze über das Fahrwerk langsam ab, bis
die Walzensterne auf der ganzen Arbeitsbreite auf dem
Boden aufstehen.
•
Ziehen Sie das Fahrwerk ganz nach oben, damit die Räder
vom Boden abheben.
•
Senken Sie die Schlepperhydraulik so weit ab, bis die
Zugdeichsel etwa waagerecht liegt.
Beim Einklappen muss das Seil nicht gezogen werden. Die
Ausleger werden beim Einklappen automatisch durch die
Haken verriegelt.
Einklappen der Walzensegmente
•
Heben Sie die Schlepperhydraulik ganz aus.
•
Fahren Sie das Fahrwerk der Walze ganz aus.
•
Klappen Sie die Walze ganz ein. Achten Sie dabei darauf,
daß beide Fanghaken an den Klappteilen sicher einrasten.
•
Legen Sie die Transportsicherung am Fahrwerk ein und
sichern Sie diese mit dem Sicherungsbolzen.
•
Fahren Sie das Fahrwerk langsam ein, bis die Transportsi-
cherung am Zylinder anliegt.
•
Senken Sie die Schlepperhydraulik so weit ab, bis die
Zugdeichsel waagerecht liegt.
Achtung!
Die Walze darf nur im Stehen, niemals während der Fahrt
ein- oder ausgeklappt werden. Kippgefahr!

Unfolding the roller segments
•
Lift completely the tractors' hydraulics.
•
Lower completely the transport wheels and release the
mechanical transport lock on the hydraulic cylinder
•
Pull the tension cable for to open the locking hooks and the
interlock.
•
Unfold completely the roller.
•
Now, lower slowly the roller onto the transport wheels
until the prism rings are on the ground over the entire
working width.
•
Pull the transport wheels upwards so that the wheels
leave the ground.
•
Lower now the tractors' hydraulics until the drawbar is
approximately horizontal.
When folding, the tension cable must not be pulled. The
hooks automatically lock the cantilevers during folding.
Folding the roller segments
•
Lift completely the tractors' hydraulics.
•
Lower completely the transport wheels of the roller.
•
Fold completely the roller. Make sure that the two locking
hooks on the segments engage securely.
•
Engage the transport lock of the transport wheels and
secure it with the safety bolt.
•
Lift slowly the transport wheels until the transport lock is
attached at the cylinder.
•
Lower now the tractors' hydraulics until the drawbar is
approximately horizontal.
Attention!
The roller may only be folded or unfolded while standing,
never while driving. Risk of tipping!
