Arbeiten mit der Maschine
Anbau an den Schlepper
Die Walze wird an die Unterlenker des Schleppers angehängt.
Dabei müssen die Unterlenker seitlich starr gestellt werden
um ein seitliches Pendeln der Anhängung zu verhindern.
Für den Betrieb der Mayor 640 sind 2 doppeltwirkende
Steuergeräte erforderlich (1x Klappung, 1x Fahrwerk).
Ein- / Ausklappen
Die Ausleger der Walze ruhen in eingeklapptem Zustand auf
Auflagen und sind dort durch zwei Haken gesichert. Die Ha-
ken sind durch Zugseile mit einem Absperrhahn gekoppelt,
der in der Zuleitung für den Klappzylinder sitzt. Bei nicht be-
tätigtem Zugseil ist auch das Absperrventil geschlossen, so
dass der Klappzylinder kein Öl bekommen kann.
Zum Ausklappen muss am Seil gezogen werden um die Haken
und gleichzeitig das Absperrventil zu öffnen. Die Ausleger
können jetzt ausgeklappt werden. Während des gesamten
Ausklapp-Vorgangs muss das Seil gezogen sein.

Working with the Machine
Mounting on the tractor
The roller is attached to the lower links of the tractor. In
doing so, the lower links must be rigid secured in the lateral
position for preventing a swinging of the hitch.
For the operation of the Mayor 640 are two double-acting
control units (1x folding, 1x transport wheels) necessary.
Folding / Unfolding
The cantilevers of the roller rest on supports when folded an
are secured with two locking hooks. These are coupled by ten-
sion cables to an interlock located in the hydraulic line of the
folding cylinder. When the hooks are closed, the interlock is
also closed so that the folding cylinder is depressurized.
For unfolding it is necessary to pull the tension cable to open
the locking hooks and simultaneously the interlock. The can-
tilevers can now be unfolded. During unfolding, the tension
cable must be pulled.
