Kreatech FISH probes

Materials Required But Not Provided

Refer to "Using BOND Reagents" in your BOND user documentation
for a complete list of materials required for specimen treatment and
in situ hybridization using the BOND system (includes BOND-MAX
system and BOND-III system).
In addition to the generic BOND reagents, the following reagents are
specifically required for the analysis of suitable patient material using
Kreatech FISH probes on the BOND system (includes BOND-MAX
system and BOND-III system).
• BOND FISH kit (DS9636)
Kreatech FISH probes are run on a BOND system (includes BOND-
MAX system and BOND-III system) in combination with the BOND
FISH kit (DS9636). The BOND FISH kit in combination with *FISH
Protocol D, preinstalled on the BOND system with BDZ v62 or higher, is
necessary for FISH to be run on the BOND system. This protocol is de-
signed as a post-hybridization wash protocol, to reduce non-specific
hybridization of nucleic acid probes. The BOND FISH kit contains the
post-hybridization wash buffer and a single kit is sufficient for 60 tests.
• BOND Hybridization solution (AR9037)
The probes are to be diluted to the preferred concentration using the
BOND Hybridization solution.
• BOND Enzyme Pretreatment kit (AR9551)
Enzyme digestion in combination with heat pretreatment is required
for optimal FISH results.
• DAPI (e.g. LK-095A or LK-096A)
DAPI counterstaining is not automatically performed as part of
the FISH protocol on BOND and is to be done manually using the
preferred concentration of DAPI counterstain / antifade.
