The point of operation required by the full power supply (FVS) can be adjusted by acting on the screw
(R) of the pressure transducers.
The factory settings of the transducers P35AC are:
8 - 14 bar = 10 bar (=FVS)
14 - 24 bar = 16 bar (=FVS)

In order to avoid that the fan speed goes below accepted levels, the power of the minimum speed
(Vrms) can be set between 45% and 90% of the power supply by acting on the knob of the electronic
module P38AA.
The value of the minimum speed is reflected on the proportional band . The higher the value of the
minimum speed, the lower the actual proportional band.

If the controller does not need to run at minimum speed, set the knob that is on the electronic module
at the cut-off point. The output to the motor will be cut-off the moment the pressure descends below
the value of the operating point required less the proportional band (the fan stops).
The control is factory set so that the fan is able to work from 0 to 100% of its speed, since the fans
normally used are capable of operating throughout the whole tension range.

Once the control unit has been installed and adjusted, check the system by making the equipment run
for at least one full operating cycle. If something should not operate correctly, check both the wiring as
well as the components.
