Frying
5.
Use the temperature regulator to set the desired temperature. If you are pre-
paring several foods simultaneously, check the temperature and the prepa-
ration time required for each of these foods.
6.
Then set the desired frying time on the timer, to a maximum time of 30 min-
utes.
7.
When the appliance is cold you must add approx. 2 to the preparation time
to take the heat-up time into account. Tip: You can heat up the appliance
food for 2 minutes and then put the ingredients into the frying basket. Pro-
ceed as described.
8.
Both indicator lights are illuminated.
9.
The function indicator light goes on and off alternately during the prepara-
tion time. This means that the required temperature is maintained.
10. Depending on the food it may be necessary to shake the ingredients slightly
in the frying basket half-way through the preparation time, to obtain a better
result. To do this, pull the frying basket out of the appliance and carefully
shake the ingredients.

Note: For health reasons we advise that you not fry foods in such
a manner that they become too dark. The food should have a
golden-yellow colour. Thus you ensure that as little acrylamide
develops.
Attention: This fryer is operated with hot air. Therefore do not,
under any circumstances put solid grease or liquid grease in the
air fryer – fire hazard!
