Check the quantity of the
ingredients and place a
smaller quantity in the
frying basket
Select a higher tempera-
ture
Select a longer prepara-
tion time
Foods, such as French
fries, must be shaken
once half-way through
the preparation time, to
achieve uniform browning.
For homemade French
fries, these must be
throughly washed off and
dried before frying to re-
move excess starch
Brush the food with a lit-
tle oil
With extremely greasy
foods, grease drips into
the frying container so
that white smoke occurs.
