5. Do not overheat the oil, as this will crust the
surface of the food and it will not be well
done inside.
6. The foodstuff must swim in the oil. Therefore
do not fry too much food in one cycle. If the
quantity is too big, the oil cools down and
the food will absorb too much oil.
7. Do not pour used oil into the sink, but
fill it into closed recipient and dispose if
according to your local regulations.

oPeratioN
1. Make sure that the appliance is disconnec-
ted.
2. Fill the oil reservoir with oil up to the
necessary quantity (between the MIN and
MAX marks).
3. Adjust the temperature selector switch to
the desired temperature. The heat-up pro-
cess starts, the indicator light is switched
on and lights up in red.
4. When using deep-frying fat we recommend
cutting it into cubes of approx. 2 cm. Melt
the fat at low temperature (approx. 150 °C).
After this, you can heat the fat up to the
necessary temperature.
5. During the heat-up process, the indica-
tor light lights up. As soon as the desired
temperature is reached, the indicator light
turns off. The appliance has a thermostat
to control the temperature. The heating is
switched on and off in intervals. The indi-
cator light lights up correspondingly when
heating up and turns off when the selected
temperature is reached. For perfect frying
results, the food should only be lowered into

8. If you want to use the oil several times, let it
cool down and pass it through a sieve with a
filter paper inside. The oil can be stored in a
closed recipient in a cool place. Unfiltered
oil will spoil quickly.

heat resistant surface.
6. Insert the oil reservoir until it is firmly
placed on the casing rim.
7. Insert the frying basket by placing the
handle with the slot in the plastic part into
the corresponding recess in the rim of the
casing. To lock the frying basket, push the
button on the handle. Thus the handle can
be folded downwards and the frying basket

reached and the indicator light has turned
off.

lower it into the oil.
7. Adjust the integrated timer to the desired
frying time (see also table Frying times).
When the time has expired, an alarm
reminds you of taking the food off the
appliance.

desired temperature and the indicator light
lights up, lift the frying basket and wait until
the necessary temperature is reached again.
Then lower the frying basket and finish
frying the food.
