CHANGING GEAR (Figure 47-48-49-50-51)
problem: The gear does not allow a regular transmission because it's worn.
solution: This gear was constructed in special self-lubricating material that reduces noise and
vibration boring. Pulling the trolley, as is seen at the center of the base.
Periodically check if the teeth are worn. If replacement is necessary, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the rear cover of the column.
2. Loosen the belt tension by turning the screw on the rear of the plate that supports the en-
gine (Figure N° 46).
3. Lift the spiral mixer.
4. Remove the belt from the pulley and remove the lateral covers (Figure N° 47).
5. Unscrew the 8 screws that secure the inside front (Figure N° 48-49).
6. Extract all the front group.
7. Remove the cover with a screwdriver.
8. Unscrew the central screw and remove the complete gear.
9. Unscrew the 6 screws of the cover.
10. Pull gear.
11. Replace gear.
12. Reassemble everything.
WARNING: in the case of total replacement of the gear simply unscrew the central screw and
pull the whole thing.
