Spiral mixer with removable bowl SPI 160-300 A HYBRID
SPIRAL ARM TRANSMISSION BELT TENSION
problem: when mixing hard dough the spiral arm slow down
solution: adjust the tension of the spiral arm transmission belts in this way:
1. remove the rear head cover.
2. unscrew the screws securing the motor plate (Figure n° 42)
3. adjust the belts tensions acting on the screw placed frontally to the motor plate support
(figure n° 43); (to verify the correct belt tension press strongly on

4. refit all screws

BOWL TRANSMISSION BELT TENSION
problem: when mixing hard dough the bowl slow down
solution: tighten the belts which drive the bowl.
1. remove the rear cover of the column.
2. adjust the belt tension by turning the screw on the rear of the plate that supports the
engine (Figure N° 46).
