Lit LED's indicate that the unit is in the display mode. No flashing!
Using this mode, the user can have current settings and operating parameters displayed.

During normal operation, the display is off. It is activated by briefly operating one of the
two pushbuttons
In addition, the display is used for operator prompting during programming of operating
parameters.
