VS LS04 von der DIN-Schiene demontieren
Gelöste Befestigungsschrauben am VS
Werden die Inbusschrauben der DIN-Schienenbefestigung beim
Demontieren ganz herausgeschraubt, besteht die Gefahr, dass
sich das VS LS04 von der DIN-Schiene löst und beschädigt wird.
O
Drehen Sie bei der Demontage die Befestigungsschrauben
nicht zu weit heraus (ca. 2 Umdrehungen).
1. Schalten Sie die Anlage vor der Demontage drucklos und
spannungsfrei.
2. Lösen Sie alle Verbindungen am VS.
3. Lösen Sie die beiden Inbusschrauben
4. Heben Sie das das VS vorsichtig nach oben ab

Entsorgung
Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung und verbrauchte Teile nach den
Bestimmungen des Landes, in dem der Montagesatz eingesetzt wird.

Intended use
Only use the mounting kit for the DIN rail to mount the LS04 valve
system and observe the technical information in the online catalog.
Intended use of the mounting kit for the LS04 also includes that

you assemble and operate the VS only in industrial areas,

only trained and qualified personnel mount the DIN rail.

Before working on the system, switch off the pressure and
voltage.

Before installing the valve terminal, check whether the tie rods
have been completely screwed into the end plate.

Check that the DIN rail is positioned correctly.

Description and applications
The LS04 valve system can be mounted on a DIN rail
(DIN EN 50022 – 35 x 15) and consists of the following components:
W
EP end plate (variants: IP50 top, IP20 top, IP20 side) with
integrated D-SUB plug and hole for mounting on the DIN rail
W
Valve terminal with valve plates, supply/partition plates or
blanking plates, according to ordered configuration
W
P end plate with hole for mounting on the DIN rail
Any mounting orientation may be used.

Assembly and disassembly
Danger due to sudden pressure release and applied voltage
System parts under pressure or voltage during assembly
present a danger of injury.
O
Make sure that the system part where the component
should be installed is not under pressure or voltage before
beginning assembly.
O
Assembly work may only be carried out by trained
professionals.
O
Pay particular attention to the valid and relevant local safety
regulations.
Danger of personal injury due to uncontrolled movements!
The system can come loose from the DIN rail through vibration,
shock or oscillating loads. The loose parts can lead to injury and
damage to equipment.
O
Make sure that the DIN rail is not subject to vibration, shock
or oscillating loads.
If a VS is equipped with more than 16 subbases, we
recommend that you do not assemble the VS on a DIN rail,
as this type of mounting could become instable due to
vibrations during operation.

Mounting the VS LS04 on a DIN rail
Always observe the following points:
O
Always observe the operating instructions for the VS LS04
during assembly.
O
Mount the valve system in such a manner that it cannot be
released from the DIN rail if the clamps are loosened.
O
Ensure that enough free space is left for the electrical and
pneumatic connections so that the permissible minimum
bending radii for the cables and tubes are adhered to.
Select a type of fastening that corresponds to the load
(vibrating or oscillating load)!
