Measurement reference

Press the measurement reference button (F), in order to change the
measurement reference. The following measurement references are
available:
• Starting point: Back of the device
• The device length is included in the measurement.
• Starting point: Front of the device

10. Performing measurements

• In order to conduct a measurement, the target laser (A) must be
activated.
• If the target laser is deactivated, briefly press the MEAS button (C)
to activate it.
With the target laser being activated, press the MEAS button to
•
conduct a measurement.
• After each distance measurement, the laser will be deactivated and
must be activated again for the next measurement.
• In order to delete the latest measured value during a measurement,
briefly press the on/off button (E).

11. Distance measurement

1. Point the laser at a right angle at the target and hold the device as
still as possible.
2. Press the MEAS button (C). Shortly, a beep sounds and the reading
is shown on the display.
