Most aerosol sprays, alcohol-based products, paints, solvents, adhe-
sives, hair sprays, aftershaves, perfumes and some cleaning products
can also trigger false alarms under certain circumstances.

13. Function warnings

The lisa combined detector monitors its own function. Disturbances in
function are indicated in the following ways:
Function warning:

Every 60 seconds, the control LED lights up 2 x in yellow and 2 beeps
are triggered: This means that there is an internal fault in the com-
bined detector (e.g. triggered by deposited dust on the sensor) and
the detector no longer functions reliably.
Low battery warning:
Every 45 seconds the control LED lights up 1 x in yellow and 1 beep is
triggered: This means that the fixed batteries of the combined detector
are approaching the end of their service life. This warning is given 30
days before the final end of function. Under normal circumstances, the
batteries should last for 10 years.
