2. Notes on safety
If the detector detects carbon monoxide or excessive room tempera-
ture, it signals this acoustically with a loud alarm tone and visually in
the form of a flashing red indicator and by triggering a signal via the
integrated lisa transmitter module.
The combined detector must not be painted over and the air inlet
apertures must not be taped over.
The correct installation of the combined detector and the compliance
with the maintenance and care instructions are requirements for the
trouble-free operation of the combined detector.
The unit cannot detect smoke or other gases than carbon monoxide!
Here are the alarm response times according to the following CO con-
centrations:
> 50 PPM -
>100 PPM -
>300 PPM -
This combination detector may not trigger an alert at low carbon mo-
noxide levels. Persons with medical problems should consider using
special warning devices that will alert appropriately at carbon monoxi-
