8 Fault elimination

This chapter describes how to rectify simple operating faults.

8.1 General faults

Cause
No power supply
Fuse tripped
Configuration error
High EMC load
Poor grounding

8.2 Human-machine interface

Cause
Power supply interrupted.
Fuse faulty.
Display has crashed.
Connection cable defective
SSL encryption active
IP addresses of visualization and
SCADA are in the same subnet
PC not in the same subnet as vi-
sualization
Access to the visualization using
a web browser after a software
update.
Remedy
Check the power supply.
