Switching on the pump:
Open the air ball valve (1) on the spraying device. Open the material ball valve (2) on the spraying device
Activate the drive unit by turning the "On/Off" switch on the control unit to the ON position (3).
Once material starts to escape from the spraying device, adjust the material feed volume to match your requirements
by turning the potentiometer on the control unit (4).
You can also adjust the airflow to match your requirements by turning the fine adjustment valve on the spraying device.
Switching off the pump:
Set the On/Off switch to "OFF", wait 5 - 10 seconds, close the material ball valve, close the air valve.
NOTE
Nozzle size:
If you are processing material with a grain size of x 3, it may be necessary to use a larger nozzle.
Operating pressure:
The operating pressure should not exceed 20 bar. If this rating is going to be exceed over the long term:
- use a larger nozzle,
- reduce the feed rate,
- dilute the material,
- reduce the length of the hose
- or use an NW 25 hose.
If the operating pressure exceeds 20 bar over the long term, it will result in increased wear, which could end
up causing damage to the device.

6.4 Work breaks

Short breaks in pumping are possible; however, they should be kept as short as possible. Also observe the setting time
of the material. If a break is unavoidable, note that any interruption to the feed process will lead to irregularity of the
material consistency; when you switch the machine back on again after the break, this should return to normal without
any interaction on your part. For this reason you should avoid changing the feed volume and airflow volume whenever
an irregularity occurs!
If the material consistency does not return to normal after a short while, it is possible that material has built up in the
pump unit or spraying device.
In this case, you should stop pumping and flush the pump unit and/or spraying device in line with the instructions in the
chapter "Cleaning the machine".
Interruption of work
In case of breaks that are longer than the material's setting time, extended breaks, and at the end of the shift, you
must flush the pump unit and mortar hose and clean completely in line with the instructions in the chapter "Cleaning
the machine"
