10.0 Decommissioning

This chapter provides information on decommissioning the machine.

10.1 Temporary decommissioning

If you are decommissioning the machine temporarily, do the following:
Clean the machine as indicated in the Chapter „Operations", section „Cleaning the machine".
Frost protection
If there is a danger of frost, make sure that you completely drain the water out of the the machine.
Also completely drain the water out of the hoses.

10.2 Final decommissioning, disposal

Final decommissioning and disposal requires you to dismantle the machine into its individual components. Dispose of
the machine parts responsibly to avoid health risks and pollution.
Call in a qualified waste disposal expert to dispose of the machine.
During final decommissioning of the machine, you must expect some risk of lubricants, solvents, preserva-
tives etc. escaping from the machine. Direct contact with the skin can cause injuries. There is a risk of injury
on open, sharp edged machine parts.
Electrical machines
Dismantling work on electrical machines must be performed by a qualified electrician.
