9.0 Maintenance and servicing

This chapter contains information on maintenance work required to ensure safe and effective operation of the machine.
The general maintenance information section is followed by maintenance cards for this machine.
We expressly draw your attention to the fact that all prescribed checks, inspections and preventative
maintenance work must be performed regularly. Otherwise, we accept no liability or claims against warranty. If you are
in doubt, please contact our customer service for advice.
Welding
The external voltage used in electric welding can destroy electronic components. For this reason:
Welding of load bearing parts may be performed only be qualified welders taking applicable safety regulations into con-
sideration!
Maintenance intervals
The following table contains the intervals for the individual maintenance tasks.
Maintenance and repair staff must be qualified and authorised. They must be trained to handle the machine's facilities
and be familiar with the content of the operating instructions.
Use only original spare parts. STORCH accepts no liability for damage caused by the use of non-original
spare parts.
In case of maintenance work labelled „Service" in the table, please contact a STORCH service engineer, or a
STORCH authorised service partner.
Call a STORCH service engineer, or a STORCH authorised service partner to perform initial servicing.
