WARNING:
The cleaning process described here should always be implemented after each use of the pump. Only by
doing this will you ensure trouble-free operation and prevent premature wear and tear.

Pressure relief:
Depressurize the mortar hose by reversing the pump.
Actuate the ON/OFF switch in inching mode and
"Reverse" position until the pressure manometer on the
mortar hose reads 0 bar.
WARNING:
Never clean the suction pipe, screw or
pump component by sucking in water!
Remove the material hose, slide the pump to the upper
position
• Loosen the mounting screws for the stator, dismantle
and clean the intake pipe (1)
• Unscrew the stator from the rotor (2). If the stator can-
not be loosened by hand, use the unscrewing aid (6)
for the stator. Guide the aid over the stator and secure
it firmly in place with the mounting screw. Switch on
the pump and press the reverse motion button on the
control unit. Be prepared for the onset of the stator's
rotational movement and react in the opposite direc-
tion by exerting simultaneous downward pressure. The
stator then moves downwards.
• Clean the pump tube, stator, rotor and joints (4) with a
cleaning gun, then apply silicone oil to the parts.
Only reconnect the stator and rotor prior to the next
commissioning phase.
Insert the sponge rubber ball into the material hose (5),
connect the water hose and flush at least x2
• Clean the spray lance with a bottle brush and blow out
the air ducts with compressed air from the compressor
• Insert a pin through the nozzle air ducts
• Clean residual material from all connections
