Disinfecting the device
8. Fit the cover panel:
p) Insert cover panel
q) Place and tighten two cross-head screws

The scanner bracket can be fitted to either side of the display head. It can be fit-
ted offset by 90° to point forwards, backwards, or sideways.
1. Place the scanner bracket in the desired position.
2. Fit the scanner bracket to the display head using a cross-head screw.
► Disinfect the following components
in the section entitled "Disinfecting":
– Column and recessed handle
– Display head and display unit
– Measuring rod, head slide with measuring flap
– Weighing platform
– Handrail (optional accessory)
NOTE
If a
seca 477
handrail (optional accessory) is to be fitted, the scanner
bracket must be fitted pointing sideways.
