Oil level controller OLM-IQ
With the OLM-IQ, BITZER offers its own electronic oil level controller. It is mounted to the sight glass connection by
means of an adaptor. The OLM-IQ actuator-sensor unit can be purchased as an accessory to the CM-RC com-
pressor module (mounted ex factory or for retrofitting) and enables a stable oil level through continuous oil level
measurement, dosing of the oil return and adaptation to the oil supply pressure. The logic including communication
to the higher-level system controller and data log is fully integrated into the CM-RC (CM-RC-01 or CM-RC-02 with
extension boards CM-IO-A or CM-IO-B).
The OLM-IQ is available for ECOLINE and ECOLINE tandem compressors for standard refrigerants and R744:
• OLM-IQ1: Design for standard compressors
• OLM-IQ2: Design for R744 applications with oil pressure difference up to 100 bar
• OLM-IQ3: Design for R744 applications with oil pressure difference up to 40 bar
