Exercise 2 (Fig. F)
1. Stand with both feet in front of the first rung.
2. Draw in your navel and flex your abdominal
muscles.
3. Keep your body flexed and jump into the first
box with your feet together.
4. Jump, placing both feet outside of the ends of
the second rung.
5. Jump, placing both feet inside the second box
and repeat to the end of the ladder.
Important: Move quickly, staying on
the balls of your feet.
Exercise 3 (Fig. G)
1. Stand with both feet in front of the first box.
2. Draw in your navel and flex your abdominal
muscles.
3. Keep your body flexed and jump into the first
box with your feet together.
4. Jump out of the box, feet together.
5. Jump sideways (lateral jump) into the next box,
feet together.
6. Jump backwards out of the box, feet together,
and repeat to the end of the ladder.
Important: Be sure to jump quickly and
land on the balls of your feet.
Exercise 4 (Fig. H)
1. Stand with both feet in front of the first box.
2. Draw in your navel and flex your abdominal
muscles.
3. Keep your body flexed and jump into the first
box with your right foot. The left foot stays in
front of the box.
4. Leg shuffle: Right foot out of the first box and
left foot into the first box. The right foot is now
in front of the first box.
5. Leg shuffle: The right foot jumps into the second
box and the left foot out of the first box.
6. Leg shuffle: Right foot out of the second box
and left foot into the second box. The right foot
is now in front of the second box.
7. Repeat the leg shuffles to the end of the ladder.
Important: Be sure to jump quickly and
land on the balls of your feet.

Storage, cleaning
Always store the product in clean and dry condi
tion at room temperature.
Only use water to clean and wipe it dry with
cleaning cloth.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with
aggressive cleaning agents.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging materi
als in accordance with current local regulations.
Packaging materials such as foil bags are not suit
able to be given to children. Keep the packaging
materials out of the reach of children.
Dispose of the products and the packaging
in an environmentally friendly manner.
The recycling code is used to identify
various materials for recycling. The code
consists of the recycling symbol – which is
meant to reflect the recycling cycle – and
a number which identifies the material.

The product was produced with great care and
under constant supervision. You receive a three
year warranty for this product from the date of
purchase. Please retain your receipt.
The warranty applies only to material and work
manship and does not apply to misuse or improp
er handling. Your statutory rights, especially the
warranty rights, are not affected by this warranty.
With regard to complaints, please contact the

Our service employees will advise as to the sub
sequent procedure as quickly as possible. We will
be personally available to discuss the situation
with you.
Any repairs under the warranty, statutory guar
antees or through goodwill do not extend the
warranty period. This also applies to replaced
and repaired parts. Repairs after the warranty
are subject to a charge.
