Starting problems or poor engine performance
1. Fuel
There is enough fuel.
Check the fuel
level in the fuel
tank. There is no fuel.
2. Compression
Use the electric

3. Ignition
Wet
Remove the spark plug
and check the electrodes.
Dry
4. Battery
Engine turns over
quickly.
Use the electric
starter
Engine turns over
slowly
Check the compression.
Supply fuel.
Compression normal
Ask a Yamaha dealer to inspect
Wipe clean with
dry cloth
Attach spark plug cap Use the electric

Check the compression.

No spark
