Choose chicken pieces of the same size in order to make an uniform cooking.

For an homogeneous cooking, place the chicken on a single layer.

Remove visible fat and skin.

To obtain a golden appearance, brown the chicken before steaming it.

Check that the chicken is well cooked by penetrating its thickest part. The chicken is
ready when its sauce is clear.

Fresh or frozen gnocchi are salted pasta balls which can be steamed.
