Close the lid and let rice rest for 10÷15 minutes before serving it.
This way, excess moisture will be absorbed and rice consistency will become softer.
Always lift the glass lid (6) far from yourself and from your face
to prevent the steam formed inside from leaking.

At the end of cooking the appliance automatically passes to this mode and rice tem-
perature is maintained at 60÷70°C.

The yellow indicator (11) flashes indicating that the function is active.
Do not leave the rice cooker in heat maintenance mode for more
than 5 hours.

Turn off the rice cooker by pressing the switch (12) on "0"
(12).

When you're finished using the appliance, turn off the rice
cooker by disconnecting the plug from the power outlet.
