Basmati rice

Basmati rice is an aromatic and long grained rice. Please refer to white rice cooking
charts.
Wild rice

To cook wild rice with the rice cooker is advised, since it is necessary to add more
water. Wild rice can be cooked together with white or brown rice.

Thanks to the rice cooker, steamed foods will retain most of their nutritional values.

It is possible to steam foods by simply placing them in the bucket (5) over some soup
or water and by covering them with the glass lid (6).

If the recipe or the chart don't indicate to remove the glass lid (6), do not remove it
during the whole foods steaming.
If you remove the lid, steam will leak and the cooking times will increase.
1. Add 0.5L or broth scoops in the extractable cooking pan (4).
Add a maximum of 6 water cups.
2. Place the foods to steam directly in the bucket (5) and insert it into the extractable
cooking pan (4) .

3. Cover everything with the glass lid (6).
