4. Connect the power cord to the plug (13) placed on the appliance body (1).
5. Connect the power cord plug to the power socket.
Before connecting the power cable
plug to the power outlet, make sure
that the mains power corresponds to
the one indicated in the appliance data
label.
6. Press the main switch
(12) on "I" (ON).
7. Press the switch (9) to
start cooking. The red
"COOK" indicator (cook-
ing) (10) and the yellow
one (11) turn on.
8. When steaming is over, the indicators turn off.
9. Remove food from the rice cooker. If it's desired to
prolong steaming times, make sure that inside the
extractable cooking pan (4) there's enough water
quantity. If not, add hot water or some broth.
10. Turn off the rice cooker by disconnecting the plug
from the power socket. Let the appliance cool
down before proceeding with the cleaning.

Before proceeding with the cooking, season fish with fresh herbs, onions, lemon, etc.

Check that the fillets are on a single layer and that they don't overlap.

Fish is cooked when it easily detaches with a fork and when its colour is matt.
