Damaged components
Risk of injury
Check that the device, accessories, supply lines and
connections are in perfect condition. If the condition is
not perfect, you may not use the device.
Check the oil level in the high-pressure pump
ATTENTION
Milky oil
Device damage
If the oil is milky, inform authorized Customer Service
immediately.
1. Place the device on a flat and level surface.
2. Check the high-pressure pump oil level at the oil lev-
el display.
The oil level must be in the middle of the oil level in-
dication.
3. Top up the oil if necessary.
Starting up the motor
1. Before initial startup of the motor, read the original
instructions for the motor and observe the safety in-
structions.
Check the motor oil level
1. Check the oil level in the motor.
Do not start up the device if the oil level is below the
"MIN" mark.
2. Top up the oil if necessary.

ATTENTION
Unsuitable fuel
Risk of explosion
Only fill the fuel tank with diesel oil or light heating oil.
Operation with biodiesel according to EN 14214 (above
an exterior temperature of 6 °C) is possible.
Do not use unsuitable fuels, e.g. petrol.
ATTENTION
Operation with an empty fuel tank
Destruction of the fuel pump
Never operate the device with an empty fuel tank.
1. Open the fuel tank cap.
2. Fill the fuel tank with fuel.
3. Close the cap of the fuel tank.
4. Wipe up any spilled fuel.

Unsuitable fuel
Risk of explosion
Only fill with petrol. Unleaded petrol (86 RON) can be
used.
1. Open the fuel tank cap.
2. Fill the fuel tank with fuel.
3. Close the cap of the fuel tank.
4. Wipe up any spilled fuel.

Risk of explosion
Only use diesel fuel or light heating oil. Unsuitable fuels,
such as petrol, must not be used.
ATTENTION
Operation with an empty fuel tank

Never operate the device with an empty fuel tank.
1. Open the fuel tank cap.
2. Fill the fuel tank with fuel.
3. Close the cap of the fuel tank.
4. Wipe up any spilled fuel.
Install the spray lance, high-pressure gun,
high-pressure hose and high-pressure
Note
The EASY!Lock system connects components quickly
and safely via a single turn of the quick-release thread.
1. Connect the spray lance to the high-pressure gun
and hand-tighten the screw connection.
2. Connect the high-pressure hose to the high-pres-
sure gun.
3. Fit the high-pressure nozzle.
a Plug the high-pressure nozzle onto the spray
lance.
b Mount the protective part and tighten it hand-
tight.
4. Mount the high-pressure hose at the high-pressure
connection of the device.
Connection to a water line
For the connected loads and the requirements for the
water supply hose, see chapter Technical data.
Note
The water supply hose is not included in the scope of
delivery.
1. Connect the water supply hose to the water inlet of
the device.
2. Connect the water supply hose to the water inlet
(e.g. tap).
3. Open the water inlet.
