Programme list
You can choose between a total of 13 programmes:
Programme 1: White bread
Programme for standard bread doughs like wheat breads and mixed breads with wheat
and rye fl our.
Programme 2: French bread
For light breads made of fi ne fl our. Normally, the bread is fl uffi er and has a crispy crust
like a traditional French white bread.
Programme 3: Wholemeal bread
For breads with heavy wholemeal fl our types, which require more time for kneading and
rising. The breads are more compact and heavier in most cases.
Programme 4: Sweet bread
For sweet breads with special ingredients like extra sugar, raisins, chocolate, coconut
fl akes etc.
Programme 5: Gluten-free bread
For breads from gluten-free fl our. Gluten is contained in numerous grain types (wheat,
barley, rye, oat, Khorasan wheat, spelt...). Please observe the instructions on the pa-
ckaging. If you are following a strict gluten-free diet, you must also make sure that the
yeast you are using does not contain any gluten. The baking pan also always has to be
