Electrical connections
High electrical voltage! Working on unearthed machines can cause serious injury
or even death in the event of malfunction. Therefore, only operate the machine if it is
earthed or only if it is operated on an earthed socket!
-
The electrical connection of the machine is prepared for operation at an earthed socket!
-
The plug may only be connected to a properly installed and earthed socket outlet!
-
The supplied plug must not be manipulated. If the plug does not fit or is defective, it must
be replaced or replaced by a qualified electrician!
-
In case of repair or replacement, the grounding conductor must not be connected to a live
box!
-
Check with a qualified electrician or service technician that the earthing instructions have
been understood and that the machine is earthed!
-
A damaged cable must be replaced immediately!
-
Check that the supply voltage and the current frequency correspond to the information on
the machine plate. A deviation from the value of the supply voltage of ±5 % is permissible
(e.g. a machine with an operating voltage of 380V can operate in the voltage range of 370
to 400V).
-
The mains supply must be secured with 16A:
-
Make sure that a possible extension cord is in good condition and suitable for the
transmission of power. An undersized cord reduces the transmission of power and heats
up.
-
A damaged cable must be replaced immediately
Operation is only allowed with safety switch against stray current
(RCD max. stray current of 30mA)
